Returns and Exchanges

Did you love your order? If not, see below for all the return details.

  • For merchandise returned *within* 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned *after* 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

  • We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted with communication.

  • Reusable & protective face masks, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value.

  • Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged items purchased at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

We want you to love your purchases as much as we love curating products for you. Our shipping options allow you to choose when your package arrives. We also understand sometimes an item may not work for you. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept returns and exchanges. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping on orders $100+ does not apply to orders shipping outside of the US.

Shipping is a flat rate based on carrier (USPS). shipping costs for the size of your package. You choose the method of shipping and destination at check out.

All shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be processed the following business day. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.

For shipment to a PO Box, please choose Standard USPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so 2nd Day and Overnight require a street address.

We can ship to the United States and Canada, as well as to US military APO boxes. Canadian shipments will require the purchaser to pay any import duties or fees associated with the shipment. APO addresses must be sent via Standard as only the USPS can deliver to military mailboxes.

Perfumes containing alcohol may not be shipped internationally or mailed domestically using air transportation. Orders including perfume(s) and requesting air delivery (overnight, 2nd day) will be downgraded or split shipped (with non-perfume products shipping air). We cannot ship perfume items in Canadian orders and will process item refunds as needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Butterflybeachclothing.com cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions).

Cancellations

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.

Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
