How to Place an Order for Pick Up


 Place Your Store Pickup Order

Check the availability of an item at your local store. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout – from there, you will select your store location. Note: At this time, select items may be unavailable for store pickup.

Wait For Your "Ready For Pickup" Email!

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email. You'll find all the information you need to proceed to the store, including a link to a form to fill out once you've arrived and details about your order.

Arrive At The Store And Check In

Please refer to the pickup location listed in your “Ready for Pickup” email. Just click "I've Arrived" to let us know you are here. If you are picking up curbside, hold tight! An associate will bring the item(s) out to you. If you are picking up in the store, any sales associate will be happy to help you inside.

The Details

Once all of your items are ready for pickup and you've received your "Ready for Pickup" notification (remember: don't come to the store unless you've received this!), we'll hold your order for 4 days. If you're unable to come by within that timeframe, we'll have to cancel your order. If you'd like to request a 24-hour extension, just contact us to avoid cancellation!

You may see a pre-authorization on your selected method of payment prior to picking up your order – don't worry, you won't be charged until you have received your merchandise.
